6. Fell's Point Fun Festival

The Buzz -- This event has been going on for more than 30 years, and it has become one of the most popular. Locals welcome the fall each October with tons of food and drink (two big parking lots are transformed into beer gardens) along with shopping and entertainment. Local arts and crafts are for sale, and several local artists put on exhibitions. Musical performances, activities for the kids and carnival rides add to the festive atmosphere.
