8. St. Patrick's Day Parade

The Buzz -- If you're in Baltimore for St. Patty's Day, don't forget your green – it's a big bash. Festivities begin with a 5K run at 1:30pm, and then at two o'clock the parade starts at the Washington Monument in Mount Vernon Park. You'll hear marching bands and bagpipes, and see an array of brilliant costumes in the procession, which concludes at Pratt Street and the Marketplace.
