The Buzz -- The Baltimore marathon is the headline event at this festival, but there's also 5-K, half-marathan, team relay, and kids fun run. The course of the marathon takes runners through charming areas of the city including the Inner Harbor, Federal Hill and Fells Point. Weekend activities include the Outback Steakhouse Celebration Village, Health and Fitness Expo and the Carbo-Load Dinner at Phillips Seaford or in Little Italy.
