Filled with culture and commerce, the scene in Baltimore doesn't fade when the sun goes down. This metropolitan area offers prime concert venues and desirable watering holes, from seedy to suave. Downtown the Ram's Head Tavern and the restored Recher Theater in Towson host rock bands from across the nation. Visitors staying downtown or in the Inner Harbor need not look hard for a good party.
