FELLS POINT.   Once a biker bar in the 80s and 90s, this quirky Fells Point restaurant is now considered one of the top Baltimore American restaurants. You’ll always find salad, garlic bread and a steak with creamy mashed potatoes at Peter’s Inn, but the rest of the limited menu changes weekly according to available produce and the chef’s whim. Specialties include gourmet comfort food like chili tuna nachos or lobster macaroni and cheese, but don’t count on always finding dessert.   (© 10Best)
