OWINGS MILLS.   When rating best restaurants, Baltimore residents and visitors alike expect excellent seafood selections, fresh from the Chesapeake Bay. Linwood’s doesn’t disappoint, with items like shrimp risotto, crab cakes, and fish and chips gracing its popular menu. Lobster tempura, grilled beef tenderloin and gourmet mac and cheese are also favorites at this Owings Mills restaurant. This restaurant is and has always been incredible. I will never have a better meal anywhere else. With Linwood Dame cooking the food, and his young prodigy son greeting guests at the front door, this a no miss place.

Top notch American Restaurant. Best Crab Cakes in Baltimore. But very pricey. New York style decor. Service is top rate and they have an outstanding hamburger.
