CANTON.   At this Baltimore waterfront institution, seafood is an art, and technique has remained unchanged since 1964. Fresh Maryland crabs are still brought in daily to Bo Brooks Crabhouse and steamed in small batches with house seasoning, giving other Baltimore harbor restaurants a run for their money. Loyal patrons crowd the restaurant daily, enjoying the service and food, so expect a wait. I ordered crabs, the specialty of Bo Brooks. It took over an hour a half for a portion of the order to arrive. The first two crabs I opened were bad. The server had to be tracked down to order drinks or bread while we waited an excessive amount of time to get our order. When I made a complaint about the food and service, I was treated in a rude manner. I was so infuriated, I left the resturant.
