CANTON.   Hands down the best Baltimore crab house, Bo Brooks prepares the critters in a variety of delicious ways, from deep fried crab cakes to a crab quesadilla. As far as Baltimore seafood restaurants go, it's hard to beat Bo Brooks. The casual, relaxed atmosphere here makes it easy to don a plastic bib, demolish some crab legs, and have a great time doing it! I ordered crabs, the specialty of Bo Brooks. It took over an hour a half for a portion of the order to arrive. The first two crabs I opened were bad. The server had to be tracked down to order drinks or bread while we waited an excessive amount of time to get our order. When I made a complaint about the food and service, I was treated in a rude manner. I was so infuriated, I left the resturant.
