8. Rusty Scupper

The view was spectacular and the staff was able to meet our every need. We had to wait for a table because we didn't make reservations, but Rob the bartender makes the best drinks on the planet. I'll have to go back and check out their brunch. It sounds awesome! They even have a live piano player who played Happy Birthday for my wife.

The best seafood restaurant in Baltimore the service was great, and the management did a great job with the atmosphere.

This is a very classic restaurant with a great view and great food. Would go again in a heartbeat.

The view is great, to eat and watch the boats coming in and out of the Harbor is nice. The prices are high for the quality and selection of the food. Service is SLOW. We would not go back, not worth the price.
