The decor's perhaps a bit understated, in comparison to the fabulous menu offering starters like the the crab and avocado napolean and the duck fat french fries and innovative preparations of fish and game. There's the pecan-crusted venison tenderloin with cherry foie gras spaetzle, as well as coriander and pepper-crusted tuna over seaweed salad.
