 EDITOR REVIEW: INNER HARBOR. As the name suggests, one of the primary attractions at this seafood-lovers' haven is the wrap-around view. Set high above the Inner Harbor, the restaurant diverts your attention with its incredible vista. Don't forget about the menu, though, which pulls in local business bigwigs with its excellent dining options. Try perfectly cooked tuna, served with garlic mashed potatoes and adorned with basil oil that uses herbs grown on the restaurant's rooftop garden. Terrific local crabs are prepared several ways, although crabcakes are the enduring favorite. Excellent wines and desserts, too.
