Tiny little Grapes, with seating for just 22 people, is the Fairmont's answer to a swanky wine bar. Glowing wood and elegantly rustic chandeliers help create a casually upscale mountain lodge atmosphere. The wine list, as you might expect, is excellent, with bottles hailing from around the world.
