Service and décor are flawless – even the views are magnificent. The restaurant's refined French cuisine is perhaps best appreciated through a multi-course meal. Menus change frequently, but feature ingredients like Beluga and Sevruga caviar, Kobe beef, Canadian bison, and Alaskan king crab and dishes such as truffle risotto, duck with seared fois gras and bitter chocolate jus, and beef tenderloin with veal red wine reduction. The food and wine were outstanding. The view is indescribable. However, don't do there if you are hungry. The Eden is the epitome of great food and tiny quantities. Thank god the dessert was out of this world and more calories than the food.

This restaurant replaces Ristorante Classico. They have made this an exeptional place to dine. Its world class. I was last there two months ago and I cannot help thinking about my next visit.
