Dark, polished woodwork, scrolled chandeliers, and accents of greenery greet diners at this hotel restaurant. The menu features a variety of steaks and seafood, including grilled Atlantic salmon, New York striploin, and prime rib of Alberta beef with mushroom au jus. Chicken prepared in a number of different ways is also available, as are slow-roasted pork ribs. If you want something light but filling, the extensive salad bar is the way to go. It features a selection of greens, vegetables, prepared foods, and other options. Better yet, it's all-you-can-eat, so you know you'll never leave hungry.
