Refined and elegant, this distinguished restaurant pampers diners with fantastic regional cuisine and the soothing strains of a harp. The menu takes Canada's best ingredients and produces such dishes as roasted young partridge with truffles, pecan crusted caribou, and cedar-roasted Alaskan sable fish. Appetizers are just as tempting: terrine of Quebec foie gras, pheasant consomme, and roasted loin of rabbit with pancetta. The prix fixe menu changes seasonally, and a tasting menu with five courses is revised weekly. A terrific wine list and a selection of single malt scotches complement the cuisine beautifully.

Beyond compare...
From Europe to Australia we have covered the globe dining at world class restaurants. We have never had a meal that compares to the one we ate last night at the Banffshire Club. The service was incredible, the presentation was phenomenal and the quality of the food was seriously by a large margin the best we have ever tasted anywhere.

I took my girlfriend there for dinner a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal. The Porcini Mushroom Bisque was the best mushroom soup I have had in my life. The service was beyond anything I have ever seen and Ieat at restaurants at least twice a week. Good Job!
