Pottery, bronzes, glass, wood carvings, stone sculptures and jewelry are all available, but the main draw is the array of Native American art, especially the soapstone, granite and alabaster sculptures. Occupying part of an historic building, this gallery places a premium on works created by Canadian artists. Set in an environment of white walls, hardwood floors, and a pressed metal ceiling, the shapes and textures of the pieces become prominent. Much of the merchandise is Native American in origin: stone sculpture, wood turnings, jade carvings, and antler carvings are among the finds. Accompanying them are jewelry, raku pottery, geodes, sharks teeth and other fossils. Many of the items are quite affordable, and the quality is substantial as well.
