ST. JAMES PARISH. The Coach House has live bands most nights of the week, plus a whole lot more. Quiz nights, buffet specials, darts, pool, and sporting events on a seven foot projection screen should engage virtually everyone. But if you're just looking for a place to hang out and perhaps enjoy some tasty food, the English pub atmosphere is ideal. And they serve cold drinks to patrons who want to lounge across the street at Payne's Beach, too!

CHRIST CHURCH PARISH. You won't see many locals at this dinner theater, but don't let that stop you. Enjoy a Bajan buffet dinner and then feast your eyes on the elaborately costumed dancers who limbo and shimmy to reggae and calypso. Reservations must be made in advance.

CHRIST CHURCH PARISH. Combination live music bar, sports bar and restaurant, the Ship Inn has been swinging for almost 30 years. Happy hours are from 4pm until 6pm and again from 10pm until 11pm to assure that patrons are relaxed and ready to dance. Bands play every night; on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, you can groove to island music like calypso and reggae, spiced with some rock 'n' roll or R&B for good measure. Wednesday is alternative night. If all of that dancing makes you hungry, try the Inn's excellent pub grub. They serve tasty steak and kidney pie, fish and chips and shepherd's pie. Smart-casual attire.

ST. MICHAEL PARISH. This spot serves up delicious Caribbean food and live music almost every night of the week. Visit on a Friday or Saturday to hear live jazz. Sometimes famous Bajan sax player Arturo Tappin stops by. On Tuesday and Wednesday, patrons usually groove to the sound of steel drums and calypso bands.
