ST. JAMES PARISH.   The defining characteristic of Calabaza is that it has no defining characteristic, except perhaps excellent food. Visually, the restaurant recalls Morocco, with bright colors and rustic-yet-plush décor. The award-winning chef creates an eclectic menu that is sure to impress – think globally-inspired Continental cuisine.
