ST. MICHAEL PARISH.   This bistro is housed in an old warehouse originally designed to store fish and bananas. Now it serves Caribbean favorites all day long. For a light meal or snack, try fish cakes or plantains stuffed with tangy, diced pork. A huge selection of grilled and fried fish, pasta dishes and pepper pot stew will satisfy heartier diners. The Waterfront Cafe was one of the highlights of our visit to Barbados. We learned about them from Ricky our guide on our Tour with Glory Tours. Glory Tours offers dinner packages to the Restaurant a 3 course meal and transport all for US$80.00 per couple. The music was great I did not want to leave but I will be back again next year :)
