ST. JAMES PARISH.   Il Tempio's Italian chef and owner take pains to offer the most authentic food. It's so good, in fact, that Luciano Pavarotti has dubbed it "the best Italian food in Barbados." Lofty praises aside, the restaurant does indeed serve some pretty wonderful food. For a taste of the old country, try the fettuccine alla carbonara or veal with onion and black grapes in chardonnay sauce. You'll be glad you did!   (© 10Best)
