CHRIST CHURCH PARISH.   Chef Josef Schwaiger's Japanese offering is located upstairs from his much celebrated and better known restaurant on the ground floor, and it is just as impressive. Kampai sports the clean, sleek look of Asian design punctuated with bright red. Sushi, among the very best on the island, is the main draw, but the menu features a number of other choices that will appeal to a wide variety of tastes. Highlights include octopus and lobster carpaccio with spicy lemon dressing, broiled scallops in butter-ponzu sauce, panko-fried crab claws and lobster tempura.   (© 10Best)
