4. Niechel

This restaurant is owned and run by Alsace-native Jean-Louis Neichel. He is well known for bringing French cuisine to the town of Barcelona. The decor is admirably simple, as Neichel spends his time concentrating on the food. Be sure to try the terrine of sea crab in seafood sauce or the rack of lamb served in a pastry crust.
