3. La Balsa

TIBIDABO. La Balsa is housed in a classy building surrounded by beautiful gardens. Mercedes López, the owner and founder of the restaurant, makes rounds to all the tables to greet all of his guests. The cuisine consists of Basque, Mediterranean and Catalan dishes. Try the hake with rice in squid-ink sauce or foie fillet with apple. In August, you also have the choice of a buffet.
