What a tourist Trap!!!!!
Wow what a joke this place is, talking about hype, the people who go on raving about this place obviously don't know much about food and have certainly never been to Galicia. For staters the place was packed with tourists and for second the waiter was extremely rude. Now if this wasn't enough to lose an apetite, the portions were extremely meager in size and waaay overpriced. Ok now the Pulpo a Galega was pretty decent in flavour but for 5 euros more you can by a ticket to Galicia and have the real deal at any corner over there. Another Galician specialty, the Lacon con Grello ,which consits of stewed greens and pigs feet, was another joke, first of all they were out of Grellos, which is 50% of the dish, so they only brought the Lacon ,which ended up being a few slices of ham heated up in the microwave!! These two tapas and a couple of sodas ended up costing 23 euros, which is basically the price of a ticket from BCN to Galicia. So if you want the real deal go anywhere in Galicia, now if you want to be another foolish tourist and through your money out the window, Bar Celta is the place for you!
