5. Safran-Zunft

This historic restaurant was home to the Saffron Guild, a guild originally made up of spice merchants and general dealers, in the 14th century. The changing menu focuses on classical French cuisine with a contemporary twist and makes use of only the freshest market ingredients. Red and white wines selected from the Lake Geneva region and bottled solely for Safran-Zunft are perfect complements to the house specialty, Fondue Bacchus.   (© 10Best)
