This 154 foot tower was built in 1827 by well-to-do intellectual, William Beckford. Beckford utilized the structure as a banquet hall, library, and retreat. Stop by the museum on the first floor for an insightful glimpse into Beckford's interests, with exhibits devoted to prints, rare books, furniture, and architectural models. Later, scale the spiral staircase and enjoy the majestic view.   (© 10Best)
