BATON ROUGE.   Known for being a bit rowdy, this expansive club is a favorite destination for the jeans-and-boots crowd. Country music is the main draw, and patrons clamor for both concerts by well-known and rising names and dancing to the hottest tunes of the moment. A large bar easily takes care of all thirsts, and nightly drink specials make things that much sweeter.
