9. TJ Ribs

Up to last night, 5 stars. But last night, ribs were overcooked (no taste except burnt!), fries tasted like leftovers from the day before (no flavor at all and soggy) and my wife's chicken likewise was very overcooked. Service excellent, but this was a poor experience for such a (previously) good restaurant.

TJ RIBS has the best ribs to be found ANYWHERE. No other place can compare!!

Fair bar-b-q. Sauce needs more tang and heat.The Memphis style ribs had way too much salt,but I did like the char on them and that there was some pull to the meat. Only ribs I have had since moving from TN to LA, hope there are better to be found.

what restaurant in this day and age doesnt have an online menu. Although TJs is great barbeque, we need to come up with the times a bit.

After several experiences, my preferred BBQ haunt in Louisiana. Service is at times questionable based largely on volume of diners. Food great all but two times when it seemed meat entries had been dropped in the coals. Otherwise, a straight 10 across the board. Pricey for lunch and higher than average @ dinner. When it's right: Well worth the time and $$$.

You have the best and I mean the best ribs that I've ever tasted!!!!
