BATON ROUGE.   Mainly a lunch place, and especially favored for take-out, this local enterprise satisfies cravings for authentic Louisiana specialties. As the name indicates, jambalaya is tops, chunky and spicy with pork, chicken, and sausage. You can also try beans and rice, gumbo, barbecued ribs, crawfish etouffee, fried catfish, smoked chicken, and crawfish pies. Different options are available, depending on your appetite, and they'll also do up meals to serve from one to fifteen, or more. Very fine jambalaya. I would most deffinately stop by again for a lunch.
