EDWARDS.   Overlooking Cordillera's famed Short Course, this authentic Irish pub offers friendly, cozy environs where folks can chat about their days' exploits and enjoy such lunchtime munchables as a beef hotdog, turkey wrap, or BBQ rib basket. At dinner, the menu quietly converts to more traditional Emerald Isle fare, with choices ranging from shepherd's pie (great on blustery days) to crispy fish-n-chips (great any time of the year!)
