EDWARDS.   Located at Cordillera, Chaparral overlooks the resort's famed Valley Course, which was designed by Tom Fazio. Chapparal is known far and wide for its superb prime-aged Angus steaks and chops, and its intrepid menu selections also expand to include fresh fish and seafood, pastas, and vegetarian dishes. As for the scene, the restaurant's designers emphasized the Colorado Territorial-style, employing local stone and rustic wood to create this casual dining space. Western-themed artwork and a roaring fireplace complete the rustic scene, and the outdoor deck offers splendid panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.   (© 10Best)
