Have eaten there several times
My husband and I have eaten at Toscanini's once or twice and decided that we would make special reservations for Valentine's Day. Both of us were really looking forward to the meal, but our waiter was horrible! Very snobby, inattentive, and short when we asked about menu items. Both of us got the impression that the problem was that my husband is Japanese and I am Caucasian as several tables around us had the same server and got great service. We made reservations through our resort and the concierge was floored that we reported this problem. Besides this, the food is really good, though the surroundings are loud-not the place for a romantic dinner as you end up yelling at eachother.

Went with my son and had a good meal, but don't go without your ID. I was carded and a driver's license was not enough- had to produce my passport to the snotty waitress who reluctantly produced a thimble full of wine at $13. Would not dream of going back. FULL of attitude.
