The Gashouse

Located less the five miles from the Beaver Creek Resort area, this highly regarded restaurant is well worth the drive, especially if a casual, family-friendly setting and terrific red meat and seafood dishes are what your group craves. There's no question that the rustic Gashouse, which is housed in a log cabin that predates World War II, has long been an Edwards favorite. Of an evening, it's not uncommon to find the place packed with folks enjoying baby back ribs, prime rib, and fresh salmon under the watchful eyes of hunting trophies gathered from around the world.
