The dining experience starts with an order of fresh-baked bread accompanied by exotic dipping oils – a great way to whet the appetite, to be sure – and continues with traditional favorites like gnocchi with San Danielle prosciutto or grilled specialties like Salmon Creek pork chop with caramelized onion mashed potatoes.
