BECKLEY. Ready for some wet and wild outdoor adventure? GHENT. Hit the slopes at Flat Top, a short journey from Beckley. The economical and fun resort features 10 lanes, 9 lifts, 28 trails and a snowboard park. The biggest snowtubing park in West Virginia is here, with 16 runs and five dedicated lifts. Winterplace also offers equipment rentals, classes, a retail shop, and several dining options. During the warmer months, the resort hosts outdoor gaming, activities and leisure sports.
