DONGCHENG DISTRICT.   Ideally located on the beautiful Houhai Lake in Beijing, this Vietnamese restaurant is perfect for a night out or a dinner with friends. A dancehall/jazz club is located downstairs, while the rooftop offers scenic lake views. The middle floor can get rowdy late in the evening, but early on it’s a great place to enjoy a relaxed meal in Beijing. Prices can be steep, but the dishes are exquisite.
