Referred to only by its address, Sa Jinsi Hutong 1 is a quite distinctive Back Lakes restaurant, offering warm lighting and a quiet waterfall, which creates a relaxed, low-key ambiance that stands in stark contrast to typical raucous Beijing restaurants.
