CHAOYANG EAST DISTRICT.
Brassier Flo, a popular French restaurant in Beijing, is best known for the long, ornate staircase that leads patrons into the main dining area, and for its authentic French cuisine, of course. The menu offers traditional dishes that range from pan-fried rib short loin veal with mushrooms, to hot goose liver with apples. Flo's also has a decent selection of European and regional wines.

best french ever
So I feel quite silly writing this review. I mean you are looking this place up even after over 100 people have given it a nearly perfect rating, so let me make this easier for you.
1.) STOP reading this chain of reviews
2.) CALL and make a reservation.
3.) dust off that bottle you have been waiting to open. Here is your special occasion.
4.) GO there and order the stuffed mushroom with saute snail, pan seared mixed fish, and the cassoulet. if you can manage a dessert after that I applaud you. no point in bringing your vegetarian or dieting friends, leave them be.
I wasn't planning on writing a review, but when I committed the gross act of picking the dress I wore out of the laundry basket just to smell the garlic and bacon fat aroma two days later, I decided to publicly force myself into shame.
5.) Wash your clothes...i guess
