DONGCHENG DISTRICT.   Ranked one of the "75 World's Top New Restaurants" in 2003 by Conde Nast Traveler, Jing Resaurant in Beijing has received high accolades for its carefully crafted fusion dishes. Now owned by Peninsula Hotel, much of its former charm has been lost, but this Beijing restaurant remains a top choice for fine dining in Beijing.
