The Buzz -- On the dawn of November 19, the Garifuna community re-enacts their ancestors' boat landing on Belizean shores in 1823. Though the main celebration is in Dangriga, down the coast, things can get rowdy in Belize City as well, with an all-night drinking and music party the night before and after the reenactment.
