FORT GEORGE.   Venture to the Fort George Radisson for healthy dishes grilled without any fat or oil. Meals – from the appetizer to the entrée – are served on super-heated volcanic stones. Diners are presented with the hot stone and chicken, steak, shrimp or fish. You cook your own meal to order by turning the meat or fish on the stone until it is done to your specifications. The stone sears in the juices and keeps your meal warm throughout your dining experience. Try the beef fajitas.
