4. Harbour View Restaurant

The Harbour View Restaurant, located right on the water in the Old Customs House, is one of the nicest dining rooms in town, featuring beautiful sunsets behind the city, sea breezes, and a scrumptious and clever menu: Argentine steaks, cinnamon-crusted grouper, snapper, and more from the Filipino chef.
