2. Manatee Landing Lebanese Restaurant

Belize City's small Arab community assures a few authentic Lebanese restaurants in town. Manatee Landing is about 15 minutes north of Belize City, just before the turnoff to the airport, and right on the bank of the Belize River. If you're lucky, you'll see dolphins or manatees swim by while you enjoy your hummus and schwarma. You can even rent a canoe to paddle upstream. Great place to go if you're waiting for a plane.
