BELLEVUE. Managed by Marriott, this chain has earned a reputation for affordable, well-maintained accommodations. Located only 10 miles from downtown Seattle and in the heart of Bellevue, the hotel is the perfect headquarters for a business visitor or a leisure traveler. Ski at nearby Snoqualmie and then relax in the hotel's indoor pool. The property is also conveniently located near the convention center and area businesses like Microsoft and Nintendo.

If you need to be in town for a couple of weeks or even longer, you'll want more space than the average hotel room offers. A kitchenette would be nice, too – you'd save money by not eating in restaurants all the time. Other things that might be nice? How about cable TV, an iron and ironing board, voice mail, a desk with dataport, and WiFi. And it would be great if there were laundry facilities on-site, to save you a trip to the laundromat. Reasonable rates, a good location near restaurants and shops – Homestead provides it all. 162 suites.
