Perched at the top of one of the largest shopping malls in Bergen, this popular lunch spot is often crowded. But they handle the flow efficiently with cafeteria-style service. The most popular items are the tempting open-face sandwiches, called smørbørds, which are big enough to be a meal all by themselves.
