This relaxed restaurant serves an artsy crowd as well as students and tourists. In fact, anyone looking for heaping helpings of good, well-priced food may find it here. Plenty of pasta dishes, salads, and of course, fish. Try reindeer roast with game sauce, garlic shrimp au gratin, or foil-baked plaice with garlic and pesto. Homemade cakes are irresistible but don't worry, you can burn it off in the dance club below, which stays open into the morning. Dirty place and staff, classic example of getting in the tour guides and then resting on laurels. Poor food and bar service only choose anywhere else in Bergen
