7. Holberg-Stuen

The second floor of the Galleriet, the largest shopping center in Bergen, is the unexpected home of one of the best restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is charming and unpretentious, and the cuisine is authentic Norwegian at its casual best. The menu includes seafood, game, fresh pastas and vegetables, and great wines.
