The chef at this popular fine restaurant was named Master chef in 1999. The dishes are innovative and the wine list is superb. Peruse the more than 600 paintings and works of Norwegian and international art scattered throughout the dining room, and then move on to the works of art created by chef Fredrik Hald. Entrées include monkfish with truffles and walnut cream sauce, grilled scallops with ginger, grilled tuna with curry and lentil salad, and you can order passion fruit parfait to finish the delectable meal.
