The menu focuses on traditional American favorites prepared with the freshest seasonal produce, with plenty of healthy options too. Egg dishes are scrumptious, with Southwestern flair – along with your two over easy and fried potatoes, you get fresh salsa, chipotle sour cream, and cilantro pesto.
