5. Müggelturm

TREPTOW - KÖPENICK.   The original wooden tower was built in the Köpenick area of the city in the late 19th century. In 1958 it burned to the ground during renovations and was rebuilt in steel and glass. The tower offers great views of the surrounding lake and hill region. Visitors get a great workout as they climb the stairs to the tower at the apex. On-site nature exhibitions are also displayed.   (© 10Best)
